Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will play a pivotal role in shaping the property portfolio's continued success and be responsible for translating long-term strategies into action plans. You will work closely with and build positive relationships with key stakeholders across the executive leadership team, external stakeholders, and the broader organisation while driving revenue growth, optimising operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will strategically drive operational excellence, cascade business strategy and align the operational activities to make improvements and achieve better results through increased efficiency. Additionally, the COO will be responsible for the teams across property development, leasing, real estate, asset management, and operations for a substantive portfolio. Finally, the COO will also ensure excellent business financial performance and that the company's brand is protected and managed well, championing improvements through customer and team feedback with a clear strategy across marketing and communications.

The Successful Applicant

You will have proven executive leadership experience in real estate, property management, and other related fields, with experience across all relevant facets of the business, including asset management, leasing and development. As the new COO, you will be a highly commercial operator with strategic planning skills and sound financial accruement to deliver growth and ensure strategic objectives are met. You will have a reputation of integrity and trust as a leader valued by those who have worked with or engaged with you. Ideally, you will have a track record working in a cross-cultural context in the Pacific Islands or another developing region. You will be an inspirational leader with the ambition to grow your career with the organisation and excited by an ambitious growth plan and long-term career prospects.
