Hours;- Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm
Salary; GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 depending on experience
Location; Bulwell, Nottingham
The day to day duties will involve;
Receiving inbound calls
Managing emails
Administering all UK and export orders on SAGE system
Progressing deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
Liaising with procurement and production to ascertain dispatch dates and orders
Dealing with customer complaints and queries
Running reports and updating spreadsheets
Managing stock in terms of back orders and split deliveries
To be considered candidates will need to have;
Experience in administration, ideally within the manufacturing industry
Experience using SAGE
Strong knowledge in sales administration
Strong customer service skills
