Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, courteous advice and referrals to the public, service users, and other agencies. Support front-line workers by offering specialist social care advice and guidance. Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent data quality. Ideally you will have at least two years' experience of care work, though this is not essential. You will have experience of working with the public, keeping records and constructing reports. The role will enable you to work flexibly through the hybrid working model, with the working week split between home and the office. NCC staff enjoy access to the latest mobile working technology, support and supervision. An induction and relevant training will also be provided.
