Our client strives to bring an experts touch to every project whilst maintaining their unparalleled levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

Performance Objectives

  • Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing final accounts.
  • To procure sub-contract and material packages.
  • Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations.
  • To prepare monthly reporting for management
  • To control and monitor expenditure against budget.
  • Responsible for all commercial activities associated with the project.
  • Pre-construction involvement, working with the design team and value engineering where necessary.
  • Management reporting day to day to senior lead project.

Person Specification

  • The Successful candidate is likely to be personable, dedicated, and ambitious, but above all poses a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Ability to form strong working relationships.
  • Good IT and communication skills.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Tier 2 main contractor experience.
