We offer an excellent financial package depending on experience, with a salary of £34,500 to £40,500, plus a relocation package, if you are not local to the Isle of Skye, to assist your move to the community.

You'll be a senior member within our team, and experience in the aquaculture industry will be a real advantage to you. You'll be key in supporting the site manager with all aspects of the daily on-site operations, to achieve the highest fish and team welfare. You will be responsible for the safety and security of the vessel and her crew.

The maintenance and performance of the vessel will be under your control, you will be supported by our team onshore, to ensure that the vessel is compliant to the Workboat Code, all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.

Our site at Loch Pooltiel is in an area of exceptional beauty, near to the famous Neist Point Lighthouse in North West Skye. We're part of a very active local community, through the villages of Glendale and Dunvegan, and you will be part of a close-knit and supportive team.

A full driving licence is essential. Candidates with further education in aquaculture or equivalent occupations will be at an advantage.

Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 in 3 weekend rota system.
