I'm partnered with one of the key intermediaries in the market to recruit a Benefits Strategy Consultant to their Southern team.

If you're feeling like you've reached a ceiling as a "Consultant" and are looking to utilise the experience you've gained over your career in a more strategic way, this could be the role for you.


You'll be responsible for delivering strategic and management consulting projects, support clients to develop and effect major change for their benefits programmes, identify business opportunities across existing clients and prospects and provide expert insight and strategic recommendations on all aspects of benefits programme design.


They're keen to recruit someone who has the ability to have broad benefit conversations, with a growth mindset and commercial acumen as they will expect you to hold conversations with key stakeholders covering the entire spectrum of employee benefits including Health, Risk, Pensions, Lifestyle and Culture related topics and benefits.
