The Role:

P4 Recruitment are together with an award winning client in the Lancashire area who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant.

About the role:
As a Senior Care Assistant you will supervise and support the care staff team in providing effective care and support to adult residents with the profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.

The ideal candidate:

  • NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care is preferable
  • Caring, hardworking, flexible and reliable
  • Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities is preferable
  • Competent in dispensing medication
  • Experience in supervising a team would be advantageous
