EHA & Wellbeing Admin Support Officer
Location: Northampton Academy Salary: £22,913 FTE/£20,784.73 actual (ULT Support Staff Salary Band 2) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time, training days and 2 weeks in school closure times) Closing date: Wednesday 10th July 2024 at 23.59pm Worried what you will be asked at interview? If so, then this EHA and Wellbeing Admin Support Officer role, may be the role for you. This role involves delivering a high-quality support service for our 'outstanding' school in terms of our Early Help Assessment processes, through the development of good practice, safeguarding in education and casework with individual students and their families. The successful candidate will offer admin support to our EHA coordinator and Wellbeing Team to ensure all barriers to learning can be lifted and that all students achieve their potential. The successful candidate will support the EHA Coordinator with their caseload of families and students receiving tier 3 support. What we are looking for:
  • Someone who works well in a team and as an individual, with effective organisational and communication skills both written and oral.
  • An approachable individual to support our EHA and Wellbeing team.
  • Someone who is resilient and prepared to put the needs to the students and their families first.
  • Experience working with young people.
The post-holder will undertake a variety of duties, which will include, but not be limited to the following areas:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Help team.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of external agency appointment and meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with the Wellbeing team to identify potential support routes and intervention for students
  • Complete direct work with students within the academy to ascertain their voice.
  • Support, advise and signpost to appropriate resources for students and families.
  • Attend TAF meetings and deputise when required for the EHA coordinator
