It's a positive and exciting time to join us as we recently launched Our 2030 Plan, and we're seeking an exceptional Head of Transformation to spearhead our ambitious transformation programme that underpins this. This is a highly visible role at the centre of our business, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Transformation. There will be a dedicated team to lead and a large portfolio of projects to enhance data-driven decisions and create forward-thinking services. Crucially, the programmes will navigate people and culture change in addition to improving our business operations.
You will have a track record of delivering successful, complex change programmes in a customer-focused environment such as ours. Business-critical programmes will have been the bedrock of your career to date, and this will ensure that you bring to the role an impressive breadth of knowledge and best practices. To be successful here, you will need an inclusive and inspiring leadership style combined with strong influencing and relationship-building skills across the breadth of a business. Housing sector experience is not essential.
