Managed frameworks reporting lead

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Understand reporting requirements for the Managed Frameworks - financial, compliance and performance
  • Utilise Mace business process and systems (project reporting, pipeline reporting, finance); collate, analyse and manipulate data to inform framework reporting requirements
  • Engage with project managers and other stakeholders within Mace to obtain required information on call-off projects and programmes to inform reporting (project status, contractual arrangement, fee structure and invoices, key deliverables vs framework commitments
  • Under the supervision of framework leads, engage with framework provider to submit reports in line with deadlines and framework requirements
  • Drive compliance across all framework projects, including adherence to corporate processes and systems
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting by giving feedback to internal quality and performance teams
  • Produce and present benchmarking reports on framework rate comparisons, and performance data
  • Complete market research on wider market use of frameworks, collate data and present to framework leads and business unit directors
  • Liaise regularly with internal teams to ensure framework data held is accurate
  • Provision of some support to internal financial and commercial management processes

    About you
    • A self-motivated, proactive and trustworthy professional, methodical and organised approach to duties
    • An eye for detail, with the desire to interrogate data
    • A team player and good communicator with the ability to operate as a part of a team or under own initiative
    • Proficient in use of Excel including formulas, pivot tables and macros
    • Good general IT skills (Windows, MS Office, Word, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration systems such as Sharepoint, MS Teams
    • Use of Power BI desired but not essential
    • Ability to understand qualitative and quantitative reporting requirements including adherence to key performance indicators and financial metrics of call offs including income, gross margin and most importantly invoiced amounts
