Ein Assistent im Bereich Speisen und Getränke unterstützt die für Speisen und Getränke zuständigen Hauptabteilungen je nach Bedarf, um den Gästen und Mitgliedern einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Außerdem besteht das Ziel seiner Arbeit darin, die Abteilungsziele zu erfüllen.

Was werde ich tun?

Als Assistent im Bereich Speisen und Getränke unterstützen Sie die für Speisen und Getränke zuständigen Hauptabteilungen je nach Bedarf, um den Gästen und Mitgliedern einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Außerdem besteht das Ziel Ihrer Arbeit darin, die Abteilungsziele zu erfüllen und Bestellungen der Gäste anzunehmen und zu überbringen. Im Einzelnen fallen Ihnen die folgenden Aufgaben zu, die nach höchsten Standards auszuführen sind:

  • Möglicher Einsatz in allen gastronomischen Einrichtungen und Bereichen wie Bar, Restaurant und Zimmerservice sowie bei Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen
  • Begrüßung der Gäste auf höfliche und freundliche Weise
  • Annahme und Überbringung der Gästebestellungen unter Wahrung eines hohen Maßes an Kundenorientierung
  • Vorbereiten des Tisch- und Raumarrangements
  • Befolgung der Verfahren zum Umgang mit Bargeld
  • Zeitnahes und effizientes Abwickeln von Gästeanfragen
  • Upselling unter Verwendung der neuesten Abteilungsanreize
  • Einhaltung der Vorgaben der Unternehmensmarke
  • Bestreben, Abteilungsziele zu erfüllen
  • Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit der Arbeitsplätze und -bereiche
  • Einhaltung der Hotelsicherheits-, Brandschutz-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Einhaltung örtlicher Lizenzvorschriften
  • Umweltbewusstsein
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen und Pflege guter Arbeitsbeziehungen

Folgende Kenntnisse und Zusatzqualifikationen wären für diese Position von Vorteil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Speisen und Getränke und/oder in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bargeld
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Lebensmittelhygiene
