Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Employment Advisor who will support offenders in their run up to being released from custody and then once released you will offer ongoing employment and personal growth support.


You will work with individuals and groups of customers with complex barriers including mental health, debt, disabilities, drug/alcohol. You will manage a caseload providing advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching to help improve post-custody lives.

You will complete in-depth diagnostics and set achievable SMART targets to ensure consistent engagement and progress is made each month.


You will have experience working with offenders/ex-offenders and understand the complexities which they have. You be personable, able to build rapport quickly whilst mentoring customers on their post-offence journey.

You will be a skilled practitioner, able to offer appropriate advice and guidance and deliver sessions on CV s, applying for jobs, interview techniques etc.
