Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Hillingdon

Salary: £575-£650 per week

Contract: Daily, Short term & Long term available

Key Responsibilities: -

Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, including preparing resources and materials.Leading small group activities and interventions to support students' learning and development.Providing feedback to students on their work and progress, and assisting with assessment and marking.Supervising students during lessons, break times, and other school activities.Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities, and adapting activities to meet their individual needs.Collaborating with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.Promoting positive behavior and a safe learning environment within the classroom and school.Continuing your own professional development through training and learning opportunities.
