Join this dynamic sportswear brand as a Product Developer on apparel, reporting to the Product Development Manager.
Embrace a role where authenticity and collaboration are valued as you lead the creation of innovative sportswear that combines performance with style. Overseeing the product development process from concept to production, you will ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality. Your responsibilities include developing detailed specs, grading, and technical drawings for seasonal apparel collections, collaborating with global suppliers to source premium trims and fabrics, and managing sampling and prototyping to meet our brand's high standards.

To excel in this role, you need experience in a similar position with a strong background in fabrics, trims, garment construction, and textiles. Technical proficiency in tech pack creation, patterns, fit, grading, and textile testing is essential, along with a deep understanding of apparel engineering, manufacturing processes, and material sourcing. You should have a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Clothing or related disciplines and be proficient in Illustrator and Excel, with PLM knowledge being a plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach are vital, along with a good command of written and spoken English.
