Are you seeking a career with purpose?

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of millions of people?

Then join Neuronostics

Award-winning and rapidly growing, our mission is to enable fast and accurate diagnosis and treatment for everyone with a suspected neurological condition. Our vision is to create accessible technologies and deliver digital solutions that release the power of mathematical modelling and data science tools to benefit people with neurological conditions, their loved ones and those responsible for caring for them.

We are developing an exciting platform solution that we believe will have a significant impact on quality of life: accelerating time to diagnosis, reducing uncertainty and increasing objectivity in clinical decision making and management. Enabling seamless integration between clinical and at-home measurements, our first clinical product is BioEP: the biomarker of epilepsy, which can reveal the risk of future seizures from short segments of routinely collected brain data.

Our values

We work in partnership with specialist healthcare professionals, researchers and, most importantly, those with direct lived experience of neurological conditions. Our innovative solutions are built upon the highest standards of scientific rigour and peer review. We passionately believe Neuronostics should be accountable to all our stakeholders, displaying empathy and respect for the challenges they face.

As our chief medical officer, you will be a practising neurologist or consultant neurophysiologist motivated by how new technologies can be developed and deployed in healthcare settings. With a desire to optimise diagnosis and management of neurological conditions, you will have a holistic understanding of epilepsy and differential conditions. Additionally you will be passionate leading the company's journey into other neurological conditions, such as traumatic brain injury and dementia. You will have a wide-reaching clinical network and be comfortable negotiating with key stakeholders. We envisage you continuing to hold a role within the NHS or another private healthcare provider.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and deliver the medical and clinical strategy for assessment and deployment of Neuronostics' products in public and private healthcare settings;
  • Lead dialogue with academic and clinical thought leaders, including building an advisory board of clinical key opinion leaders;
  • Contribute to analysis and interpretation of data from clinical studies and reporting of results and make clinical decisions based on the data available, where appropriate;
  • Work closely with our regulatory, technical, scientific and business development teams in the evolution of Neuronostics' products;
  • Act as the medical representative of the company in business development and investor activities;
  • Act as Line Manager for members of our clinical team;
  • Act as an ambassador for Neuronostics; and
  • Guide developments at clinical interface and advise on strategies to complement the pathways in clinical care within the NHS.
