What are we looking for?


We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional construction recruitment consultant who will have a focus on white-collar construction.

If you have a passion for construction and making customers' lives easier, then you are the right person for us.


What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who specialise in the construction sector with a focus on white-collar. You'll be approaching existing and new customers to gain more business and deliver on that business. You'll leverage our existing knowledge, experience and network as well as establish and grow new relationships.

Your skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude
  • A desire to succeed

Bonus:

  • Experience within or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous

What we offer:

  • Up to £32,000 basic salary dependant on experience
  • Up to 20% commission (uncapped)
