Sherborne is seeking a creative and dynamic marketing professional with significant experience in content marketing. The Marketing Manager will focus on the development, management and optimisation of the School's online and offline communications channels.

With a heavy skew towards digital, the post holder will lead on external digital communication management, including active participation in social media platforms.


Hours of work are 37.5, likely to be between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday less half an hour for lunch.

Would be able to consider a minimum of 30 hours per week for those wishing to work less (salary pro-rata).

Flexibility in hours will be required on occasion to meet the demands of the post in particular to support evening and weekend events.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Sherborne Group), the Marketing Manager will champion marketing across all departments and areas of the School, Commercial Team and wider Sherborne School Group to facilitate an on-going, frequent flow of quality, useable content for curation across owned and earned marketing communications channels.


This is a pivotal role within the Commercial Team and will be instrumental in supporting on a range of activities and new creative initiatives designed to grow the School's audience segments and maximise brand recognition and growth whilst helping to generate commercial income for the Sherborne Group.
