The post holder will successfully lead and deliver complex service and business improvements in the fostering service. The post holder will work closely with the Fostering Service Manager on their strategy to increase recruitment of foster carers and retain our existing cohort of carers. The Project Manager will manage and contribute to the action plan to secure the overall aims of the project; reporting regularly to the Head of Corporate Parenting and the Placement Sufficiency Board. The keys skills and knowledge include project and programme management, facilitation, data analysis, business and budgetary management, effective stakeholder and communication management.The perfect candidate will have similar Project Management experience in previous roles.
