The Opportunity

The Faculty administrator role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to be part of a fast-moving faculty support team.

The post holder will have a flexible approach to supporting the needs of the Executive PA team on key tasks which include confidential and comprehensive executive service to the Faculty and Schools. Managing diaries and arranging meetings; taking minutes and dealing with general administrative processes. The successful candidate will also prepare and update key business documentation, including presentations and other materials, collate, record, store and archive data, analysing this when needed.

You should have a minimum of 4 GCSE's (or equivalent qualification) at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent relevant experience, excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use of MS Office, alongside excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to act on own initiative.
