KEY TASKS & RESPONSBILITIES
Account Management for a portfolio of Mid-Market polices, with a mix of brokered and direct policies.Negotiate renewals and service a portfolio of clients.Identify cross-selling opportunitiesWork to achieve all KPIs and SLAs. The company may require you from time to time to be present outside of core business hours to ensure SLAs are achieved.To always adhere to department policies and procedures.To always treat customer fairly.To participate in projects as and when required.To be flexible and take on other tasks as required by the department.
PROFILE:

Skills & Knowledge
Minimum 2 years experience working in a Commercial Role within the Trade Credit Insurance IndustryCustomer Service, ability to support the Coface mission of Commit to your customer.Ability to develop personal and long-term relationships based on adaptation and negotiation skills.Good understanding of risk underwriting and claims matters.Knowledge of credit insurance contracts.Administration, maintaining filing systems.Accuracy, attention to detail.Prioritization, determine importance of each task and allocate time accordingly.Adherence to compliance, ability to consistently follow policies and procedures.
Systems knowledge
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
Preferred: English and Maths GCSE grade B or above.
