Job Description:

• Assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious and flavorsome menus tailored to residents' needs.
• Deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the hassle of split shifts and long weeks.
• Showcase your passion for quality by working with fresh seasonal food.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment within our home.

Attributes Required:

• Personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing.
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience in team leadership and inspiration.
• Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Create a warm, efficient, and fun kitchen environment.
• Work within budget and ensure stock control.
