What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team to work, within a busy environment.

You will supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week. 8-5 with optional over time.

What you need to have:

Experience Leading and Directing a Team: Proven ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Full UK Driving Licence: Valid and clean driving licence for the UK.

Ground Maintenance Experience: Essential hands-on experience in ground maintenance tasks.

Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

IT Literacy: Proficiency with computers and common software applications
