Furniture Installer

Location: Nationwide

Salary: GBP220 - GBP260 per day

Contract: Self-Employed / Subcontract

Our client is a family-run business that specialises in fitted furniture and tailored storage solutions. With over 20 showrooms nationwide, they are dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative designs to their customers. Their vision is to create well-ordered homes, and they believe their furniture has the power to transform living spaces.

The Role

Due to operational growth, they are now recruiting for amazing Furniture Installers to join them on a self-employed/ subcontract basis and continue this incredible journey. They have opportunities available for immediate starts, but don t worry if your current diary is booked with work, they can schedule training and start dates to suit your availability

As an Installer, you are responsible for transforming their customers homes; installing their products with pride and passion. You will be installing fitted furniture to an excellent standard, bringing customers dreams alive. As a self-employed furniture installer, they support you with a steady flow if work opportunities in the locations you wish to work, without the hassle of you carrying out your own survey & chasing payments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have 2 years fitted furniture experience and own professional quality tool kit
  • First class carpentry/joinery skills. They will ask you to demonstrate your scribing ability on day 1 of the training.
  • Have a full valid UK Driving licence and access to a large van (transit size)
  • Access to storage space/a lock up if you live more than 25 miles from one of their Regional Service centres (Not applicable in the central London area)
