According to our clients, we are one of a kind. Headquartered in London, we also have offices in Vienna, Riegersburg, and New York. Position OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and well-organized Estimator to join our London office in Notting Hill.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional Commercial Team, collaborating closely with Sales and Operations in the UK and the US, and maintaining constant communication with our Production Facilities in Austria.

Key Responsibilities·Serve as the first point of contact for assessing, prioritizing, and completing estimating inquiries.·Understand client and stakeholder requirements, collaborating with our workshop's estimating experts and various suppliers to generate attractive and competitive estimates and tenders.·Work on prestigious high-end residential fit-out projects in London and beyond.·Communicate proactively and effectively with ultra-high-net-worth clients and renowned Interior Design and Architecture firms.·Maintain exceptional organizational skills, including document filing and tracking changes.·Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

Qualifications·Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a project-based environment, ideally in the kitchen or construction sector.·Excellent business and financial acumen.·Strong understanding of drawing packages, pricing schedules, and commercial tender documents.·Attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.·Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Adobe) and proactive communication.·Problem-solving abilities, out-of-the-box thinking, and a team player.·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.·Willingness to excel in an international environment with a "can-do" attitude.·Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.·Emotional intelligence to manage the varying demands of our select client base.·Commitment to upholding our benchmark of quality and professionalism.
