Job Title: Estimator
Job Description:

As an Estimator at Enisca Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the estimation process to boost efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness while fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed estimates for a variety of projects in the construction, water, wastewater, and utilities sectors across the UK. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will source information, manage bid documentation, and secure competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source information and develop company propositions.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and tender bids.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Analyze quotes and negotiate agreements.
  • Collate detailed price lists and bills of quantities.
  • Provide progress reports on bid opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a third-level degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Key attributes for success in this role include effective time management, strong negotiation skills, innovative thinking, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Experience:

Prior experience in the water industry is advantageous.
