Payroll Coordinator, 12 month FTC (HYBRID) - This position requires a diligent Payroll Coordinator to handle payroll-related tasks within the wider Payroll team. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, process payrolls, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

HYBRID: 2-3 days in the office per week.

Description

The Payroll Coordinator, 12 month FTC (HYBRID) role involves:

  • Accurate processing and recording of company's payroll.
  • Verification of employee's attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with the human resources department for payroll preparation.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
  • Preparing reports for upper management, finance department, and auditors.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all payroll-related data.
  • Keeping abreast with latest trends and best practices in payroll processing.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Coordinator, 12 month FTC (HYBRID) will have;

  • Weekly and monthly Payroll experience
  • Must be able to perform manual payroll calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • itrent experience is desirable, not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and payroll tax regulations.
  • Excellent numerical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

The Payroll Coordinator, 12 month FTC (HYBRID) role offeres

  • £32-37,000 + benefits from day one (including 8% pension, MPI, Hybrid working)

Hybrid: minimum expectation is 1 day in the office per week, although 2-3 days office based are preffered
