Partnerships Manager - Hotel at Bicester Village (Full Time)

Let's talk about an amazing opportunity to work as a Partnerships Manager at Bicester Village. Your main goal in this role is to attract high-spending guests from various accommodation partners. This includes handling a portfolio of local hotels, hotel chains, serviced apartments, and other accommodation providers in the UK. You will also be responsible for seeking out new partners while collaborating closely with the Senior Business Development Manager. Your time will be divided equally between local accommodation and non-accommodation partners.

What You'll Be Engaged In

You will be taking on some or all of the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accommodation and appointed partners, dividing your time equally between local accommodation and non-accommodation partners.
  • Build relationships with key contacts at hotels, including Concierge, Reception, PR, Sales & Marketing, Groups & Events, Operations, GM - taking a comprehensive account management approach.
  • Showcase the key features of Bicester Village by regularly visiting each hotel (number of visits agreed upon to meet set goals).
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to boost Bicester Village's visibility at partner accommodation and other establishments, leveraging various channels such as social media, websites, apps, newsletters, brochures, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on all marketing assets related to accommodation and other partners.

What Will Make You Stand Out

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in partnerships, sales, and digital marketing, especially in the luxury hotel sector, would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with luxury hotels in regions like the Middle East, India, and the US would be a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships with key partners and colleagues.
