International Consultant to the LVMH Group for 18 months hired by Marc Jacobs to position their retail and wholesale in all Europe/Middle East and Asia.

The company has been very successful in launching contemporary collections that are beginning on the market and building key market share with dynamic representation in key stores, dealing now with approximately 100 accounts. The business has less brands today and has enabled us to be more concentrated again and this has given the company a good kick start again after Covid and ready to expand again now.

The showrooms are in Paris and London and plans to go back to USA shortly.

About the Job:

Great opportunity as a new role to follow all the sales wholesale administration, contact with leading clients. Contact with all existing customers.

Learning new systems and strategic markets. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Wholesale manager who likes techical work, is fast on Excell and systems that create confirmations and orders and invoices . And great skills at imagery for re-orders , back up orders, sales digitally need a lot of creation and this needs to be something from a technical background.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides in depth brand and product knowledge as well as showroom operations to support manager and sales team.
  • Assists with general administration tasks, maintenance of selling tools and reports.
  • Coordinates payments, deposits and. chasing on behalf of director and generally the invoices to be paid.
  • Supports sales team with after sales care - Raises issues and actions solutions.
  • Maintains database and Trade accounts registration process.
  • Assists with special projects and showroom events.
  • Supervise inventory movement, and selling of stock
  • Prepare all order confirmations and checking manufacturers confirmations to us.
  • Manage after sales together with team.
  • Plan and schedule all deposits are in place and order confirmations finalized with PO's
  • Prepare deposit invoices where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners and be able to negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Prepare all orders to be sent on behalf of Director where necessary.

    What you bring:
    • Educated to Degree level, or equivalent At least 5 years experience either in a busy accounts department or in the admin of a brand or showroom. Attention to detail Comfortable using MS office, especially Excel The ability to juggle, prioritise and complete tasks Professional and proactive team player with a can-do attitude
    • Strong commercial acumen and technical skills.
    • Comfortable with multi tasking and working in fast paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A very high attention to detail and able to work with figures accurately.
    • Very Positive attitude, eager to learn and handle pressures and deadlines.
    • Highly adaptable and multifaceted, can comfortably work with independent stores online retailers and department stores
    • Team player, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
