The Role:
As a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner, you will:
– Lead and expand the restructuring and insolvency practice in Birmingham, setting strategic direction and driving growth.
– Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including corporate recovery, insolvency proceedings, and distressed asset sales.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
– Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network, contributing to cross-border projects and initiatives.
– Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding it's client base.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency law, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
Strategic thinking and business development acumen.
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
