About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Insolvency and Restructuring team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on all matters relating to the financial or operational restructuring of a corporate entity or group.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes;
- Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans;
- Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser;
- Providing directors' duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties.
Requirements
- Experience in advising on UK corporate insolvency processes;
