As a Barclays Audio Visual Deployment Specialist, you will be accountable for change delivery and Audio Visual projects assigned to Rich Media services team globally. This is an exciting and a key role, working with functional Rich Media Services team, across the globe, to ensure Audio Visual infrastructure being deployed is aligned with Barclays global Strategy of workplace. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, propose solutions and implement infrastructure projects which are fit for purpose.

What will you be doing?

Engaging with the IT team for project delivery and Audio Visual integrators for estimation of cost and prepare a project plan

Ensuring that performance indicators are regularly reported as part of project reports, to provide timely updates

Representing Rich Media services for Project Steer co meetings and work with teams assigned to deliver projects

Taking ownership for key Barclays on site events and delivering these to the highest possible standards

Leading and managing the allocation of resources against the planned levels of demand for own function against time, cost and specification

Providing input to the recruitment of resources required to meet future demands for delivery against planned goals and objectives of collaboration services Operational Support

Working with the team on the compliance for all regulatory, risk and audit requirements

Establishing, developing and managing relationships with all key customers and stakeholders and attend regular reviews, feeding back improvements into the team strategy

What we're looking for:

Proficient in Teams and Cisco Video Conferencing technologies

Operational knowledge on control/switching technology

Solid grasp of TV distribution and digital signage technologies, MediaStar, OneLan, TriplePlay

Knowledge on core network and telephony components, required to deploy Audio Visual

Skills that will help you in the role:

AV Certification such as CTS/CVE/Cisco certifications is preferred

PMP certification will be preferred but not a mandatory qualification

Experience in designing and implementing Audio Visual solutions end to end

Industry knowledge and up-to date Audio Visual products awareness is desirable
