If you're client focused and have previously worked in an Investment Operational service environment, we'd like to hear from youWe'll look to you to work closely with our Investment Operations team to deliver key objectives within the businessYou'll lead your colleagues to deliver an exceptional service and encourage behaviours to meet and exceed business expectations, giving you great visibility for you and your workYou will use your technical expertise to resolve complex issues and coach and support your team members to do the sameStarting salary £49,480 What you'll do As an Investment Support Manager, you'll be managing the operational and control environment within our Investment business, ensuring effective execution of all operational and governance processes for your team. You'll also be providing valuable support to senior colleagues with strategy, project delivery, business support, revenue planning and forecasting across the department. Your role will also involve: Making sure complex client complaints are dealt with in line with procedures and result in a resolution that sits within the Treating Customers Fairly framework and within our principlesProducing, monitoring and communicating MI that supports key deliverablesMonitoring and managing costs across your teamEffectively managing and monitoring service failures and losses, making sure that root causes and trends are identified and repeat issues are kept to a minimumOverseeing and undertaking projects to develop strategies for business growthComplying with relevant Group policies, testing and certifying and considering and escalating the adequacy and effectiveness of the business' controls on a regular basisCreating and/or maintaining operating procedures, which include relevant controls to meet the Group's and local policy requirementsBeing accountable for owning and managing, within a defined risk appetite, the risks which existThe skills you'll need To join us in this role, you'll need a strong track record of investment and operational experience along with leading and influencing in an operational wealth environment. You'll also have the ability to multi-task, evidencing strong prioritisation skills and the flexibility to adapt to quickly shifting priorities and changes. You'll also need strong stakeholder management skills, in terms of interactions with business partners and customers across the bank. We'll also look for: High levels of knowledge and understanding of investment servicesKnowledge of corporate actions & entitlements or asset static data & pricingExcellent decision making skills and the ability to influence successful outcomes and engage teamProven skills in line management and team leadership-
