The Role

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees and we are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join the team in Bristol.

As RGM Manager you will support the Trade Investment and Customer Margin Strategy development and delivery across the business. Secondly you will act as the Global RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Capability expert, collaborating with Clusters/Tier1 Markets and Regional teams to deliver capability build initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Deliver Trade Investment Framework update in Year 1and support the Trade Investment strategy Director on key Market Trade investment projects
  • Deliver Playbook workshops and training across key markets and clusters.
  • Run bi-annual RGM Capability assessment with key markets then support clusters to build RGM capability development plans for coming years.
  • Develop and facilitate together with the subject matter expert, the RGM Training courses (off-line and on-line courses) for the different audiences in the organisation.
  • Responsible for organising and running RGM global community period calls, for best practice sharing, achievement recognition etc among market practitioners.
  • Create any necessary material i.e., vlogs, podcasts to educate organisation on RGM principles and create the common language.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

  • Senior commercial experience focussed on RGM and/or Sales and/or Insights and/or Trade Marketing and/or Category Management – or equivalent – ideally multi-category.
  • Passionate on continuous improvement and People development
  • Highly collaborative. Able to co-ordinate activities across multiple teams and prioritise.
  • Working experience in multicultural environments and several regions / markets
