My client, a leading company in the biomedical and manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Swiss Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

This role is based in Speke, Liverpool and offers a daily rate of 327.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process Swiss payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss regulations
Liaise with Swiss tax authorities as needed, utilizing your proficiency in English, French, and German
Conduct and support Swiss payroll audits, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to legal standards
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and address any payroll-related issues promptly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Swiss payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to payroll processes

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Swiss payroll management
Fluent in English, French, and German, with the ability to effectively communicate with Swiss tax authorities
Proven experience in conducting and managing Swiss payroll audits
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with payroll software and systems used in Swiss payroll processes
