Our client is looking for a dedicated Chef Manager to join this wonderful contract within The South East London area.

You'll be joining an excellent culinary team in the process withvision, integrity, courage & compassion.
A Chef Manager to join an amazing team with an excellent approach to client interaction and food.

A Chef Manager who wants to stand out and take a strong unique approach to the developmental side in the schools industry.

The Chef Manager will be part of a strong team creating a positive team culture throughout the contract.
If you have experience in within the schools industry, contract catering or B&I sector at Head Chef or Sous Chef level then this could be the role for you

Key resbonsibilities:
Develop and manage a motivated kitchen team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Take a proactive, detailed approach to food safety and health and safety.
Strong Man management skills.
