Corporate/Commercial work is at the heart of what they do and they are looking to expand the team with the addition of a Senior Corporate/Commercial Associate 2-4 PQE.

The Firm

This boutique commercial law firm are seeing substantial growth which has resulted in them acquiring more space to facilitate further development across their office. They have an outstanding reputation nationwide; they invest heavily in their staff and boast an innovative and forward-thinking approach to their work.

They attract some of the City's leading lawyers seeking a more relaxed environment- they are incredibly entrepreneurial, creative and offer a good level of flexibility to staff. Despite their size, they have a human feel throughout the practice. There is a true collegiate atmosphere to the firm; they do not have overbearingly structured teams/practice areas so you are able to build a truly interesting practice.

The Role

This is an exciting role for a Corporate/Commercial Associate 2-4 PQE to join this leading West End firm, which is gaining an impressive reputation in the market.

Corporate/Commercial is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Corporate/Commercial Partner.
The department works across a broad range of industry sectors which includes; Financial services, FMCG, Gaming and betting, Hospitality and leisure, Media and publishing, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.

Your caseload will be broad, making for an interesting caseload. Work will include but not be limited to; Commercial contracts, IP, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements, M&A, private equity, start-ups and growth, investors funds, and venture capital.

This role has excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

You will be a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 PQE.

You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Commercial contracts, IP, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements, M&A, private equity, start-ups and growth, investors funds, and venture capital.This role has excellent prospects for progression - this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrownYou should have a good technical knowledgeSalary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join this entrepreneurial and thriving firm based in the heart of London's West End.
