Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on resolving disputes and settlement agreements related to employees
  • Minimize legal risks for the company
  • Provide legal support to HR and the business, staying uptodate on new legislation
  • Collaborate with business lawyers and provide expertise in works council matters
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on employment and commercial contracts
  • Work on Contingent Labour Contracts and provide general commercial legal support
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master of Law degree with relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and practical legal experience
  • Organizational and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
