Monitoring Officer - Kings College Hospital - London
28,501 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Monitoring Officer to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Monitoring Officer, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Auditing all areas to ensure that high quality service is provided.
Ensure the whole team are clean, tidy and wearing the correct maintained uniform.

Inspect, record, monitor and if required act to ensure that the high standards are maintained, (complying with Health & Safety and Infection Prevention reulations) and feedback to you manager.

Responsible for carrying out internal audits for cleanliness Take lead of audit rectification program.
Ensure supervisory team are following up with frontline staff to sign off rectification in a timely and professional manner.
Report all maintenance issues and hazards following the local procedures.
Ensure hygiene levels are maintained in accordance with current legislation and provide a safe environment for customers and staff.

Develop good lines of communication and relationships at all levels within your team and with other colleagues, customers and key clients and stakeholders.

Understand security processes within the contract, in line with the company procedures.
Compile and produce reports from available management systems and assist with monthly report input.
Perform any reasonable and practical instructions as requested by your Manager appropriate to the needs of the Trust.

Ensuring that a high standard of customer service is a priority, whilst understanding the importance of the efficient use of resources.

Ensures that equipment is in good working order and that staff use it correctly.
Undertakes all audits within the contract.
Ensures all information and data is accurate and handled in an appropriate way.

To ensure that confidentiality is always observed and that matters relating to duties undertaken or information received during the course of duties remains confidentialTo make sure you meet the legal, company and client regulations for fire, health, safety and the environment.
