The Role:
The team is recruiting for a Senior International Investment Executive to join them at the London Headquarters.
The Senior Investment Executive will work together with the I&A team on a variety of tasks including the day-to-day management of International Clients' business and New Business pitches.
As part of their remit, the Senior Investment Executive will be given the opportunity to develop, implement and optimise templates and processes for data requests as well as reporting procedures. They will work with local markets around the world, to ensure the reported information is accurate and consistent. Together with the Investment Manager they will analyse performance vs. KPIs, produce global performance reports and work with senior members of the team to ensure global commitments are met. There will also be occasional opportunities to travel to the local markets.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Productivity models for Global clientsCollecting and processing data to a standard format so it can be shared to stakeholdersEngaging with the local markets, understanding their report, participating in local trainingEfficiently managing and prepare requests for external and internal teamsEfficiently support the team in client requestsDeveloping strong relationships with clients, traders in local offices, WW account teams and media auditors.Deliver very good quality work while accepting responsibility for delivery deadlinesTo work alongside the rest of the Worldwide Investment Team to maintain a strong collaborative global trading community.Support ongoing projects and workstreams, including but not limited to the development of tools, and efficiency processes
Qualifications
They must be highly competent in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detailAbility to process large amounts of dataSound media background is essential for the roleWork experience gained at one of the following: Media Agency Buying or Investment department, Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department.Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibilityDemonstrate a strong understanding of concepts and methodologies relating to Value ManagementExperience required: 1-2 years
