The Senior Global Investment Manager plays a pivotal role in driving NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK's global growth and expansion. This involves exploring new opportunities and helping the business win in key markets worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Director Global Investment, the Senior Global Investment Manager will primarily focus on the ongoing development and execution of the company's strategy and investment program. The role will be based in London and is a full-time, hybrid position. Key responsibilities include creating detailed financial models and return sensitivity analysis on individual investments and aggregated portfolios with complex deal structures. Additionally, the Senior Global Investment Manager will work with the Global Transactions Lead to underwrite and execute business expansion opportunities via new leases, site and asset acquisitions, M&A, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
