This Business Line Manager role requires someone with extensive experience in P&L management, product development and line management.

Responsibilities of Business Line Manager:
P&L Management

  • Develop annual budgets for the business unit
  • Monitor financial performance of the business unit against budgeted figures

Product Management

Qualifications/Skills Required for

Business Line Manager Role:


The successful candidate must have managerial level experience working as part of senior leadership team preferably gained within global companies involved with Engineered Products/Manufacturing sector.


The following qualifications/skills will also be necessary:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree qualification preferred but not required depending on demonstrated work history.
  • Experience managing direct reports; leading large scale change programmes ideally involving process automation/integration projects would be advantageous .
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral together with excellent presentation abilities needed.
