The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (or working towards your qualification).Patient, compassionate, and resourceful individual with a genuine passion for education.An excellent communicator with professional written and verbal skills.Able to build positive relationships with students of all ages and backgrounds.Ambitious for all students' progress.Confident in liaising with teachers and the SEND team.A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn.Have a positive approach to developing resources and interventions.About the role, you will:Provide individual and small group support to students across all key stages 3 and 4, as directed by the teacher.Teach reading, daily, supporting students with phonic knowledge and reading fluency.Teach and support the learning of students with speech, language and communication needs.Innovate bespoke learning experiences for students in need of nurture.Teach students who are learning English as an additional language.Assist classroom teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging and effective lessons, utilising a range of resources and teaching methods.Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.Innovate bespoke social skills learning opportunities for students.Support numeracy learning.
