Our Purpose

At Reynolds Day Care we believe all children deserve the best possible start in life by providing high quality care and early years education. We are seeking to appoint passionate and enthusiastic early years practitioners to join our well-established professional team.

Your Role:

This is a busy but extremely rewarding role working with babies and toddlers to pre-school children. You will be playing and getting messy whilst encouraging children's first steps and words. You will be their main care giver in the absence of their families.

About You:

You must be self-motivated and committed to making a difference to young children's lives with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Birth to Five Matters.

You should also hold a minimum of a level 2 childcare qualification. Working in the Early years is the most rewarding job, helping to shape the lives and development of young children. If you think you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you.

Possibility to offer an attractive Incentive of 1,000 tax free lump sum to successful recruits who meet the criteria below:

  • Newly recruited to a full or part time early years post with an eligible provider (part time posts must be a minimum of 16 hours per week)
  • Returning to the profession after a minimum of 6 months gap (evidence required)
  • Start employment between 1 st April and 30th November 2024
  • Must spend at least 70% of their contracted hours working directly with children.
