The Opportunity

Adobe's Specialist Sales team focuses on driving and supporting solution and value based sales opportunities across the Digital Experience (DX) product portfolio. Our suite of products is market leading in the Enterprise Digital Marketing space, and we have had terrific success globally with major brands. Our growth targets are bold, and we need committed, successful software sales professionals who have the skills, experience and track record to work with major accounts and drive enterprise wide growth with our strategic accounts. The Industry Specialist Manager will develop a team of experienced Specialist Sales Executives focusing on end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, pipeline generation and sales ecosystem development.

What you'll Do

  • Lead a team of Specialist Sales Executives – with responsibility for their growth, personal development and training
  • Manage ownership of monthly solution level reporting, pipeline, market trends and internal relationships with the BU and product teams
  • Align closely with segment teams to develop sales strategies across the DX portfolio
  • Generation of net new revenue through driving and developing sales strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to work closely with Partners, Consulting and SC's
  • Share and build customer references and value metrics per vertical and segment
  • Drive marketing activities and PR activities in collaboration with Marketing
  • Demonstrate solution selling capabilities
  • Build a multifaceted and collaborative partner ecosystem

What you need to succeed

  • Validated experience in Enterprise Software sales
  • Desire, and a clear plan, to progress sales management career with Adobe
  • People Management Experience
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals
  • Shown success in selling to executives, VP and/or "C" level – preferably CMO/Digital Leaders
  • Excellent networking ability
  • Able to identify, cultivate and close deals in new areas
  • Skilled Solution seller with proven ability to build win-win proposals
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Ambitious and focused
