In This Role:

You will partner with Area Sales Managers responsible for UK and Ireland and together build and execute your own sales strategy to grow your territory in line with strategic growth pillars of the Water division. You will identify and generate demand among customers while maintaining effective customer relationships, utilizing to build and manage your sales pipeline.

You will have the opportunity to work inter-departmentally, developing a close relationship with our customer ecosystem. You'll be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns, each focused on a diverse group of end-users in public, private laboratories, wastewater treatment and more

You will work closely with our customers and prospects to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities. We encourage developing deep and meaningful relationships while offering solutions to meet our customer's unique needs. You are confident, passionate about customer care, and have a 'can-do' attitude. Most important, you enjoy being a driving force in helping our customers move towards better and quicker solutions for the testing of water quality.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with the drive to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • You speak fluent English
  • Ability to develop, grow and manage customer relationships.
  • Proven track-record of closing sales and meeting quarterly sales goals. Strong time management skills in order to prioritize sales activities, i.e., in/outbound calls, email communications, web inquiries, sales pipeline.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products. Self-motivated, team player and well organized in order to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • It is essential you have a biology or bio-science background
