About the Role:
This is not just a job; it's a career-defining opportunity. As a Contracts Manager, you will join a team of enthusiastic and committed managers, reporting directly to the Operations Director. Your remit includes overseeing multiple projects, leading large-scale projects when necessary, and working closely with preconstruction teams for successful tender submissions. Expect a role that demands a keen understanding of procurement, managing customer expectations, and a strong focus on safety and quality. You'll need to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and an ability to unite various functions into a cohesive and effective team.

Key Experience:
  • Strong background in contract management
  • Educated to at least HNC/HND level in Building Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental legislation.
  • Skilled in risk management, monitoring construction progress, and maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in various sectors, including educational, healthcare, leisure and residential schemes valued over £5m
