Fixed term for twelve months

Food and Beverage Supervisor Overview,

As Room Service Supervisor you are responsible to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitabilty in a friendly team environment. Looking after our guests is our key priority. As Food and Beverage Supervisor you ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the Room Service deparment.

The role will require to work weekends and bank holidays.

Food and Beverage Supervisor Key Attributes

Have a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use their own initiave.
Have enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks and people.
Have excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
Supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
Good management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
