The HRIS Analyst will offer invaluable HR technology support to Vista's Human Resources team, globally. Reporting to the HR Project Manager, you will work closely with the HR management team to optimize our technology, work on projects, and provide day-to-day support.

Your Responsibilities

Data Maintenance:

Monitor data accuracy and synchronisation between HR platforms.

Manage data accuracy and reconciliation exercises; tailoring different checking and reconciliations procedures based on populations/locations.

Work with global HR teams, IT teams and managers to resolve data quality issues and drive timely corrections.

Maintain Success Factors Homepage and relevant policies.

HRIS functionality maintenance and enhancement

Develop a strong understanding, navigate and advise on different procedures/usage of the HRIS functionality across varied teams.

Timely diagnostic and troubleshoot any production system issues; and escalate if necessary.

Advise HR teams and managers on Success Factors functionality, in particular time off and performance management.

Help adapt Success Factors to evolving business needs: notifications, time off enhancements, new companies onboarding, etc.

Process improvements and projects

Develop understanding of how the HR, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams perform their duties to make suggestions for optimization.

Identify and work on opportunities for HR processes to be simplified, streamlined and / or automated.

Seek opportunities to improve the performance of reconciliation and synchronisation monitoring procedures.

Assist the HR Project Manager and the wider HR team on HRIS projects.

Data requests and Reporting

Handle data-related requests and action them in line with the company's data protection practices.

Handle cross entity reporting requests within the reporting guidelines.

Design new reports and work on automating reporting.

Assist the HR team and company management with ad-hoc reporting requests from SuccessFactors.

Training

Train new HR users/team members on SuccessFactors and any related systems.

Create accessible training materials and user guides. Champion information sharing and training about Success Factors and related HR systems.

Support users with their SuccessFactors queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Experience working with a HRIS, ideally SuccessFactors, in a HR user capacity.

Experience working with Excel and large amount of data. Further on the job Excel training can be provided.

Analytical mindset that will enable you to thoroughly interpret business processes and optimize HR reporting and data.

Project management experience and a keen interest in enterprise technology and HR.

Advanced communications skills for producing instructional content, leading user training, and communicating business requirements; as well as communicating efficiently with a large and global HR teams.
