Technical Services Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000

The Role:

As our Technical Service Manager, you'll have a few key missions:


  • Enhancing, driving, and improving support processes.
  • Managing and supporting a team of tech-savvy professionals
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
  • Guiding team members to reach their full potential.


You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring top-notch service is delivered to customers, every single day.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate our technical team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Service Excellence: Develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to stay informed and ensure a seamless service experience for our clients.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar MSP role, ideally with cloud solutions, and a track record of managing technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a solid understanding of cloud products and the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Highly articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion & Drive: High energy, self-motivated, and a genuine interest in technology and business.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build and nurture a cohesive team, guiding them to success.
