Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our internal team. This role is an internal position within our company, not a recruitment position for external clients. This pivotal role focuses on expanding International Recruiting LLC's client base by fostering and maintaining strong partnerships directly with HR departments of potential and existing client companies. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, negotiate recruitment project agreements, and ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients through various channels such as advertising, online research, outbound emails, calls, industry media, conferences, industry events, network groups, referrals, and existing relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements directly with clients to meet recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, understanding their unique hiring requirements and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to relay client requirements and support the delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Contribute to our market positioning by articulating our strengths, expertise, and unique selling propositions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development within recruitment/staffing agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage significant projects and maintain key accounts.
  • Capable of working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive approach.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission, reflective of experience and industry standards.
